Challenge

The main challenge was to show how AdaptiveBin's advanced features work in a way that users could easily understand. These included event-based scripts, which automate tasks based on specific events and conditions, and handheld screens that users can configure to suit their needs.

Because the software manages warehouse and logistics tasks, the visuals also had to show how these features work in real settings. The design needed to keep the technical details accurate while using a clean, modern style that felt simple and easy to follow.

The goal was to make complex software features clear through practical examples, familiar warehouse tools, and easy-to-follow visuals.

Solution

Visual Strategy

I created custom visual frames in Figma using a clean interface design, soft glass effects, and realistic lighting. This gave AdaptiveBin a modern, polished look while keeping the software easy to understand.

Technical Execution

I used Adobe After Effects and Cavalry to animate detailed walkthroughs of the warehouse management system. The videos showed events happening in real time and demonstrated how warehouse staff use customizable handheld screens to complete tasks more efficiently.

Narrative Flow

I structured each video around a clear problem and solution. The scripts showed how AdaptiveBin's features help reduce manual errors, speed up warehouse tasks, and improve overall productivity.

The visuals connected the software interface to real warehouse activities, making it easier for viewers to understand how each feature works and the practical value it offers.
